• Our Green Infrastructure Projects include, “SUSTAINABLE & STABLE” Green Housing, Green Energy, Agriculture, Hydroponics, Fisheries, Water. Transportation, Communication, Education, Health, Civil Structures, Sports, Tourism.

Applicable to Government Contracts Only

1. We can apply 100% funding.
2. On completion of a project we surrender 100% of the housing/infrastructure project to the Government.
3. The Yasoni Group does not maintain or hold any equity/share interest in the housing/infrastructure project.
4. We fully fund, design, engineer develop/build echo green housing units/green structures, only.
5. We fully fund, design, engineer and develop/build echo green civil infrastructure as part of a housing/infrastructure project, turnkey
6. A minimum of 99% of our work force must be local people, creating local jobs and socioeconomic development.
7. We offer and apply training to local people, leading to stable employment.
8. We apply Opportunity Policy with Fair Pay Policy to adult men, women, disabled and impaired.
9. All our projects are applied via a green foundation, with an ecological and environment green footprint.
10. All our projects must be applied upon the development of sustainable and stable, job creation, social and socioeconomic development
11. All our housing projects must include, green civil infrastructure, such as roads, paving, street lights, schools, medical health centres, police stations, retail units, leisure and sporting facilities/centre, industrial units, place of worship, public green areas and other required civil/public facilities. We apply green infrastructure that enhances quality of life which increases life chances, provides job, opportunities, social and socioeconomic development.
12. As above, this also applies to Green Government Civil infrastructure projects that are in the best interest of the people of the country we apply investment and turnkey sustainable green projects.

Construction of solar LED lighting plant and installation and production of LED street lights on Roads in Africa, to cut down cost of power, increase Security, bill board adverts, and create a strong solar producing plant in Africa.

NEW ROADS INFRASTRUCTURE USING MODERN DURABLE TECHNOLOGIES

Construction of all Road Infrastructure Heavy Duty using new Concrete systems, Polymer Roads systems, bitumen enhancer systems that will take a shorter period to construct, make the roads dual where there is space with aim of building better roads in Africa. The system will be faster and roads more durable.

Construction of Modern passengers & cargo Airport that can handle largest aircrafts that will bring goods into African countries, and handle huge exports in terms of machinery, fish export, fresh vegetables export, perishable goods, high value items and improve tourism by enabling big aircraft carriers to land direct from Asia, Europe, America, Russia, China, Japan. 

NEW RAILWAY WITH MODERN FACILITIES

Construction of Modern Railway systems joining all parts of Africa.
